What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept several payment options on the site including Debit/Credit card, PayPal, ApplePay or BACS bank transfer. If you want to pay buy cheque that would be fine too, but will result in a delay in your order shipping while we wait for the cheque to clear.
Buying from outside the U.K.
If you are outside of the U.K. your order will not include the UK's value added tax (VAT) as it is an export. Depending on the country you reside you may have to pay import fees as your order enters your country. Please check your relevant import tax rules and fees for items entering your country and be aware there may be fees to pay before you receive your order.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes! We never receive any of your payment details, all financial transactions are handled via either Paypal, Stripe or by you sending the money to us via bacs transfer.

How do I place an Order?
Ordering on our website is straight forward, and you don't need to set up an account. Just add your items to the cart and follow the instructions from the cart to the checkout. Once at the checkout enter your details and choose your preferred payment method. If you have Apple or Google pay set up on your device you can order using that from within the cart page for added convenience.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please either email or call us regarding an order that has yet to be shipped, if you want to cancel or amend it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Retail customers don't require an account when purchasing. Only trade customers are eligible to have an account with us.
How Do I Track My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?
